The Zont & Zuckle Horizontal ICF Bracing System is a cost effective bracing and alignment system that uses traditional lumber that can be reused in the rest of the project.
Zont™ bracing flattens your ICF wall perfectly: Zont™ brackets hold horizontal walers and vertical strongbacks.
Zonts™ support 2×4 walers and strongbacks against the ICF wall thereby flattening the wall horizontally and vertically. Their 10 gauge thickness and galvanized finish guarantee long life.
The Zat is the only folding walkway bracket on the market and integrates seamlessly with the Zont and Zuckle ICF bracing system. The Zat bracket attaches to the vertical strongback of the Zont and Zuckle bracing system allowing you to quickly adjust the height of your walkway as you go up your ICF wall. The walkway created by the Zat bracket allows for 2 feet of workspace.
The Zat Bracket is galvanized for long life and OSHA compliant. Zat Brackets are sold as individual units.
The Zee Bracket has many benefits that safe time, cost, and deliver superior results when compared to traditional T-Blocks forms or other corner reinforcements. This bracket work well for intersecting walls or field fabricated T-walls. Traditional T-blocks are costly, never exactly the right size for the place they’re needed and take labor to reinforce.

Footings out of level? Zevelers are an accurate and time saving method to level your ICF wall over an out of level footing. The Zeveler bracket is ideal for leveling up the ICF wall on top of a footing that is out of level. Pairs of Zevelers are installed 8′ on center around the perimeter of the bottom two levels of ICF blocks and adjusted to level the wall perfectly. The space between the bottom of the ICF wall and the footing is then filled in with ICF non-expansive foam.
The 6mm driver has a socket head which allows it to pivot as the driver turns. This allows easy adjustment with an electric drill. The bottom of the Zeveler has a high strength PE head which provides a point contact with the concrete footing. This prevents the base of the threaded rod from ‘walking’ on the footing. Best to store in our ‘Lo Zote’.
Zevelers are screwed to ICF webs using two #8 x 1-1/2″ deck screws. Longer screws will not work as the thread does not extend sufficiently. A laser is used to adjust the wall to ensure that it is 100% level. Non expansive foam glue is used to spot attach the bottom of the block to the footing. It is important to spot glue to prevent the foam from lifting the wall. Once the spot glue has cured (about two hours), the space between the footing and wall is glued with a continuous bead of foam as shown in the photo above.
Finally galvanized steel totes that are nearly indestructible. Replaces plastic totes that always crack and break. Available in two sizes: Lo Zote and Zote:
